Printed Products

Most of the photographs on this site are availabe to buy in a variety of sizes and finishes, or as a digital file for use as stock photography (conditions apply). Exceptions are clearly stated; you will find them in separate galleries marked "Not for Sale."

In addition to the images displayed here, thousands more are available in my extensive stock library. To search through the images just click here. If you find a photograph you would like to purchase as a print, poster or canvas print then register on the site, and place your chosen image or images onto your lightbox. Drop me a line and let me know the size and type of print you desire, and I'll get your chosen picture printed, and send you an invoice.

CHOOSING THE SIZE

Prints are available in the following sizes:

I will select the size that is most suitable - for example, if you select an 16" x 12" / 18" x 12" Print at £27.00, the print you receive will be either 16" x 12" or 18" x 12", depending on the exact size of the image.

Square format prints are available, and would usually be recommended for square pictures, for example Cairo Museum) shown on the left; however if you wish to have a regular image printed in a square format that's fine - we aim to please! Just be aware that the image will be bordered by white, just like you see on the webpage, like Busy Bee shown on the right.

Panoramic formats are also available, but I would recommend that you only use these for panoramic images, such as Sunset Felucca shown below.

If you require a size or finish that is not offered, please get in touch, and I'll see what I can do.

ORDERING PRINTS

For your convenience and security I offer payment via paypal. Don't worry if you don't have a paypal account yourself, as paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards or you can pay by bank transfer if you prefer.

If these options don't suit you, then you can pay by cheque - however please be aware that this will increase the delivery time, as I will wait for the cheque to clear before activating your order. Please email me first at payment@serenityphotography.co.uk if you intend to pay this way.

I will confirm your order by email, and advise you once it has been sent to print. If there are any errors or omissions, please advise me at the earliest opportunity; orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent for printing. Digital files cannot be cancelled after they have been sent.

PRINTING

Our pictures are professionally printed on Fujifilm Crystal Archive paper for fabulous, fade-resistant results said to last 150 years! We will process your print on glossy paper as standard, but if you would prefer a matt finish, then please tell us in the "comments" section of the shopping cart (you will see this once you proceed to the checkout area).

If you select the canvas option, you will get a high quality canvas print which has been stretched over wooden frames. They cost more, and take a little longer to produce, but I think you'll agree that they're worth it.

DELIVERY

Delivery is free - yes, free - anywhere in the UK. (If you live elsewhere in the world then please contact me to enquire about shipping rates. I guarantee that the rates will be reasonable, simply covering my costs to pack and post.) I know how annoying it is when you go to buy something just to discover there are hidden charges. The prices I advertise are the prices you pay; VAT and delivery are included in that price.

Orders will usually reach you within ten days of being placed, often much sooner. (Please note that canvas prints take a few days longer to prepare.) In some exceptional circumstances - such as around Christmas, or in the event of industrial action by the postal service - this may take longer, but I will endeavour to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as is possible.

If your order is particularly urgent, I can have the items delivered to you by courier (or FedEx for overseas clients). Further costs will be incurred, and we would advise you to contact me for exact prices and times before placing your order.

OTHER MATTERS

Please be aware that the images on this website are just a fraction of the photographs available. If you are looking for a specific picture then try using the search facility on my stock library, where there are currently over 14,000 images available. You can also contact me with your precise requirements, and I'll see if we can help.

The images displayed on the website have been scaled down, and the quality reduced, to enable the site to load quickly. The originals are of superior quality. Colours may appear differently if your screen is not correctly calibrated. Reproduction of the prints is expressly prohibited.
